structural Features:
1. The coupling is crown gear type instead of spur gear. At present, the external tooth of NL nylon gear coupling in China is a spur gear.
2. This structure is good for buffering & shock absorption, and it can compensate the deviations at axil, radial, and angle
direction well.
3. Due to the cooperation between engineering plastics and metal parts, the coupling has good self-lubrication
performance and it is a very ideal flexible coupling that is approximate to universal couplings.
4. The nylon part is mold-shaped which will simplify the processing and reduce the cost, and the service environment is- 20C~ 80 C.5.This structure is easy to assemble and repair. The nylon part of B type and type can be replaced by steel. Please
