Product Description

PU Tooth Timing Belt,Rubber Timing Belt,Mxl XL L,T2.5 T5 T10 T20,3m 5m 8m14m 20m,Synchronous Belt.
PU timing belt is made of thermoplastic polyurethane material, it`s also called as tooth belt, synchronous belt or driving belt, etc. It has strong wear resistance, small production tolerance, reliable transmission and good size stability.
A layer of nylon fabric can be added on the surface of its tooth side and/or back side to guarantee the running specialty in the special applications. It can be also added a thick layer of polyurethane on the back side of the belt to resist corrosion or high loading. Besides, different cords can be used to meet different demands.
Cords options: Steel wires, Kevlar cords
Color options: White, Black, Customized color
End types: Open end belt(M style), Joined endless belt(V style), Truly endless belt(Flex style)
Temperature Range: -10ºC to +80ºC(110ºC in short time)
Standard Length: 100mm width and 100m length (OEM size is negotiable)
Chemical Property: Resistant to hydrolysis,ozone,ultraviolet,aging,grease,gasoline,acid and most solvents
